To ensure a dynamic and interactive learning environment, our group courses require a minimum number of participants. If a group course does not reach the required minimum enrollment, we reserve the right to cancel the course up to two (2) weeks before the scheduled course start date.
In the event of a school cancellation, all registered students who have already paid will receive a full 100% refund of their fees.
Alternatively, students may opt to transfer their credit to a different course or schedule, subject to availability.
Cancellations and Withdrawals by the Student:
More than 30 days before start date: 100% tuition refund, minus $50 administrative charge. Option to defer enrollment for a future course in which case administrative charge is waived.
Between 30-7 days before start date: 50% tuition refund.
Within 7 days of the course start or after classes begin: No refunds will be issued for student withdrawals, missing individual classes, or tech issues on the student's end for online courses.
5. Legal Restrictions
Course Eligibility & Digital Access
Online Courses: Our virtual classrooms are accessible worldwide. However, students are entirely responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and meet the technical requirements (such as downloading the meeting application or using a webcam) to participate. We are not responsible for local internet restrictions or filtering in your home country that may block access to our learning platforms.
In-Person Courses & Visas: Enrollment in an in-person course at our campus does not guarantee, grant, or sponsor a student visa or entry into the country. All international students must independently secure the legal right to enter and study in the USA before classes begin.
6. Terms and Conditions of Promotions
Promotional Discounts & Early-Bird Offers
Validity: Special discounts (such as Early-Bird pricing, multi-course bundles, or friend referrals) are only valid for the specific dates and courses advertised.
Non-Retroactive: Promotional rates cannot be applied retroactively to courses you have already booked or paid for.
Course Changes: If you use an Early-Bird discount for a specific term and request to defer or change your course to a future term, the promotional discount will be forfeited, and you will be required to pay the standard tuition rate.
