Every student’s learning journey is unique and depends on individual effort, attendance, prior knowledge, and personal study habits. While we provide expert instruction, curated materials, and structured curriculum, the Dallas Goethe Center does not guarantee fluency, specific proficiency levels, or success in external standardized language examinations (such as TOEFL, IELTS, DELE, Goethe-Zertifikat, etc.) as a result of taking our courses.2. Course Availability & Instructor Assignments
We make every effort to maintain scheduled classes and assigned instructors. However, the Dallas Goethe Center reserves the right to change schedules, switch class formats (such as moving an in-person class online due to severe weather), or substitute instructors at any time without prior notice or liability.3. Technical Requirements for Online Learning
For our virtual or hybrid courses, students are entirely responsible for securing their own hardware (computer, webcam, microphone) and a stable, high-speed internet connection. the Dallas Goethe Center is not liable for missed instruction, dropped classes, or an inability to access our online learning portal due to technical failures, service outages, or software incompatibility on the student’s side.4. Visa & Immigration Liability
For in-person courses, enrollment, registration, or tuition payment at the Dallas Goethe Center does not constitute, guarantee, or sponsor a student visa, residency permit, or legal entry into the USA. The school is completely absolved of liability if a student is denied entry or forced to withdraw because they failed to independently secure the appropriate legal documentation to study here.5. Limitation of Liability
